Managed like we own it.
You have enough on your plate. Fairco has built landscapes since 1978, and we manage them the way an owner would — as an asset with a value to protect and a plan that runs years ahead.
What we manage
We staff each property with dedicated team members or stewards, so the same people own the same areas and answer for how they look.
- Ensure your project complies by handling all submittals, approvals, and other paperwork.
- Create a clear and detailed plan that includes project scope, key milestones, and timelines.
- Turn your vision into a reality with careful coordination of resources and exquisite attention to detail.
- Provide accurate estimates to help you maximize your dollars, prioritize spending on your most desired features, and minimize budget surprises.
In this desert, water is the whole job.
Anyone can turn on a system. Managing water where there isn't enough of it is a discipline, and one Fairco has built into real infrastructure. We've installed central-control irrigation across some of the Valley's largest master-planned communities and built the lakes and pump stations that keep those systems running. A certified water Auditor runs the program.
We water to weather and soil data, adjusting as daily conditions change, and we manage each property against a water budget so usage stays visible month to month. For a community running low on its allocation, that discipline keeps the landscape alive and the budget flat.
Because the same team runs the mowing and the water, we can dial irrigation down before a mow and back up after, for cleaner cuts and less wasted water.
Backed by decades of running maintenance at scale.
Our COO, Robert Clinkenbeard, brings four decades in landscape contract management. He co-owned and grew a maintenance business to a book of more than 500 annual accounts, from single HOAs to national property-management portfolios, and launched a multi-million-dollar tree division along the way. That experience anchors this program.
No seam between building it and managing it
Building a landscape and maintaining it usually fall to two different companies. When something goes wrong between install and upkeep, each blames the other. Fairco does both, to one standard, whether we built the landscape or took it over. No blame to pass around.
You'll know the work got done
Most maintenance headaches start the same way: nobody's sure what got done, or when. Fairco documents the work as it happens and reports on a set schedule. When a board member asks what got done last month, not only can we pull the records but our goal is to send you all the detail reports before Board meetings or in preparation for reports to the residents.
