Fairco runs Tree Care as its own division, staffed by arborists who read what's happening in the trunk and the canopy and know what a cut does before they make it.

We prune each tree on its own clock
Pruning every tree every year runs up your cost and stresses the trees. Fairco works each species in the season that suits it. Slow-growing trees need the saw less often as they mature, so a well-run program costs less to run in year three than in year one.

Credentialed arborists run Fairco Tree Care, and they train the crews under them.

The people up in the trees are trained, certified tree workers, and Fairco self-performs every job. No subcontractors touch your property, so accountability never gets handed off to someone you didn't hire. We also control our own schedule and priorities.
Why certification matters
An ISA Certified Arborist can read what a tree's structure and condition are telling them, and our work follows national standards for pruning and tree-work safety. On a community property, that catches a hazard while it's still fixable.

On a community property, a failing tree is a liability with a timeline nobody can see from the ground. Fairco's arborists inspect and document what's happening up there, from a weak branch union to rot working up a trunk, and put it in a record your board can act on. When a resident asks whether that big eucalyptus is safe, you have an arborist's answer instead of a guess.
